philosophy Fastcold

Sustainability

A green heart in the Fastcold blue.

Fastcold has taken a green approach to its way of working. Since 2018, the company has been totally carbon-free and equipped with a connected system of photovoltaic panels (100 Kw), solar thermal collectors and heat pumps (100 Kw capacity) that allows it to self-sustain its energy consumption.

In practice, Fastcold does not consume any fossil energy, using only renewable energy and putting the surplus energy produced back into the grid.

Non-polluting cleaning systems are implemented in the panel production process.

A design team evaluates the complete systems, also considering their environmental impact, to obtain efficient production systems that avoid energy waste and lower disposal costs. The choice of raw materials is also fundamental: Fastcold uses polyurethanes that are completely free of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) and HCFCs (hydrochlorofluorocarbons).

innovation

Challenging today to build tomorrow.

Fastcold applies the Lean Production philosophy, an approach that streamlines internal procedures and increases company performance without affecting the quality of the final product.

The values that guide Fastcold’s approach are continuous improvement, respect for people and teamwork, decisions based on long-term performance, and elimination of waste.

The goal is to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by adding value to our products.
Research and development are key factors as well: every year at least 10% of the turnover is invested in this area, a real vehicle for constant growth.

Certifications

Taking small steps into the future.

High quality standards are not just lip service, which is why Fastcold has always been committed to maintaining global certifications.

ISO 9001 CERT BV: We confirm our commitment at every stage for an excellent production and development.

Code of Ethics

The well-being of the company is the well-being of the people who live in it every day.

Fastcold has adopted an internal code of ethics, which guides the work of the entire staff.

The objective is to guide and standardize the conduct of workers at all levels in the performance of their duties and responsibilities, both in internal and external relations, in accordance with the general principles of transparency, good faith, fairness, honesty, loyalty and impartiality.

Temperature-controlled rooms.

Cold rooms, clean rooms and temperature-controlled rooms, we are not afraid of heat or cold.
